He couldn't make it big so he made it up! Sam Leonard has never been the coolest kid on campus. Put him in a new school altogether and his social status turns nonexistent. Sam has a plan though; start telling elaborate lies about himself till he becomes one of the popular kids. There was a moment when I hoped it might actually be a send-up of the Can't Buy Me Loves, She's All Thats, Never Been Kisseds, Mean Girls, Heathers, Freaky Fridays, and every-John-Hughes-movie-ever-made of the world. But no.

Despite a novel premise and an appealing, energetic cast, Full Of It seldom finds magic in its supernatural whimsy.
