Boy Kills World is a wild ride from start to finish. It’s a movie you watch for the insane action sequences, the WTF moments, and the sheer audacity of it all. Just don’t go in expecting a deep and meaningful story.

Overlook the thin story and enjoy seeing an action hero ascending: Skarsgård alone is worth the price of admission.

Have to hand it to Boy Kills World for taking a number of large swings; it just doesn’t land enough of them to rack up a high damage score... A tighter runtime and a more focused screenplay would have elevated the material considerably.

Dear God, make it stop...

A total assault on the senses in the form of a weird, violent thrill ride that’s cool in bloody bursts but ultimately feels empty.
