Joan Crawford ignites a war between two brothers! Crawford plays beautiful showgirl Olivia Riley, who has just arrived at the wealthy family estate of her fiancé Henry (Melvyn Douglas). Things heat up though when Henry's brother David (Robert Young) also falls for Olivia -- and she for him. Smack in the middle is Henry and David's sister, Hannah (Fay Bainter), who vows to stop Olivia before she tears the family apart.
