Possibly the most well rounded film in the franchise. It finds a clever way to expand the lore, delivers memorable kills, makes you laugh, and actually gets you invested in the characters.

When all hell finally does break loose, the insanely elaborate chain of connections, coincidences and collisions unspooling across the screen is at once frightening, funny and a work of true creative inspiration.

Bloodlines encapsulates the insanity of this franchise to perfection in its opening sequence and never lets its foot off the gas.

Final Destination: Bloodlines is uneven at times as it tries to reinvent the series’ formula. The opening sequence and a few scenes in the second half remind horror audiences why they enjoy this series though.

Despite some inconsistencies, Final Destination: Bloodlines still manages to do what these movies do best. There are plenty of fun and bloody moments throughout, a few good performances and many laugh out loud moments.
