Lucille Ball, Gene Kelly, Red Skelton and Zero Mostel star in the Cole Porter musical comedy DuBarry was a Lady. In this film, loosely based on the hit Broadway musical, Manhattan nightclub worker Louis Blore (Skelton) has dreams of showgirl May Daly (Ball--"I Love Lucy").
