Bandit gets a surprise visit from his quirky Uncle Cyrus. Cyrus has married Angel, a younger woman, and now runs a carnival. When Cyrus dies suddenly, Angel inherits the carnival and asks Bandit for help to keep it going. Bandit agrees, but soon faces dangerous rivals who want the carnival for themselves, pushing him into a high-stakes race to save it.
