It's a well acted, and often engrossing survival adventure...

While the final climax provides some modest thrills, the hour and change leading up to it is not worth the price of admission.

Watch it for the enjoyable cast, then throw in Backcountry for some real bear thrills.

Grizzly and gory throwback to the man vs. nature movies of previous decades.

There are moments here that are so over-the-top loony, you might just find yourself clapping your hands and giggling in delight. And then there's all the other stuff.
