I could not make sense of some of this plot. I had a hard time understanding the rapid fire dialog, the slang and accents. Nonetheless, this is a very funny movie. These days we need to laugh more, and good comedies like this are few and far between.

Palmer’s impeccable line delivery is the absolute highlights of One of Them Days — and that’s really saying something, considering that the incredibly funny Katt Williams and Janelle James also have (admittedly smaller) roles in the film.

One of Them Days stands on its own, as Palmer and SZA have undeniable chemistry onscreen and officially claim their place as a modern-day buddy duo.

...One of Them Days blends genuinely funny writing with the kind of heart that comes from giving characters realistic and actually recognizable hurdles to overcome.

One of Them Days feels like a throwback to an era where there would be 10 comedies just like it.
