Timberlake plays against type as a rather timid, bookish wallflower whose funniest scenes seem to be making fun of his reputation.

It isn't horrible, but it also isn't anything that you need to run out and see.

The kind of film that sounds better on paper than it actually is - a relative comedic minefield that goes largely untapped.

Bad Teacher, the woman and the film, is just pure pleasure.

Much like one of Elizabeth's classes, there are no lessons to be learned, but this mischievous, borderline amoral little number passes the time in a surprisingly amusing fashion.
