Get ready for the wildest movie to ever come out of the jungle! THE JUNGLE BOOK: MOWGLI'S STORY is a hilarious, live-action adventure complete with the beloved characters from Rudyard Kipling's timeless tale. The wise old panther Bagheera, life-is-just-a-bowl-of-cherries Baloo the Bear, and the nasty tiger Shere Khan are back -- except this time they're live and they "talk"! This movie brings real-life excitement to young Mowgli's early adventures in the jungle. Told from Mowgli's point of view, it's the story of how a boy became a mancub and a mancub became a man. From Mowgli's first meeting with his new wolf "family" to learning the laws of the jungle to outwitting Shere Khan, THE JUNGLE BOOK: MOWGLI'S STORY is wildly funny and filled with laughter, fun, and friendship your whole family will love.

What Parents Need to Know
Parents need to know that The Jungle Book: Mowgli's Story includes the death of an animal parent (shown deceased but not being killed), and a boy is stalked throughout the movie by a tiger seeking revenge. Additionally, there are a few other scenes of family separation, danger, and isolation that may scare younger kids. Overall, however, the film is a fairly gentle coming-of-age tale.
