Scotland's finest hairdresser, Crawford MacKenzie (Craig Ferguson--"The Drew Carey Show"), receives an invitation to attend a world-renowned hairstyling contest to compete for the Platinum Scissors Award ... or so he thinks. In reality, the W.I.H.F (World International Hairdressing Federation) just wants him to observe the event.
