Dunston Checks In is a mindless comedy but it's still a lot of fun after 26+ years.

This quickie outing is designed to score briefly before it goes, rather swiftly one suspects, into the video market.

Built into the 1996 comedy Dunston Checks In, a film predominantly comprised of orangutan set pieces, is something like a comment on the pains of domestication.

Dunston does not, in fact, check in.
